Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker lands in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot
Adobe's CX Enterprise Coworker marketing agent now runs inside ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini over MCP and A2A. Scope what it can change first.
Adobe put its CX Enterprise Coworker marketing agent inside the chat assistants your team already uses. Per Adobe's November 4 announcement, the agent is now available in ChatGPT (as a plugin), Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini for business and Databricks Genie. Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake are listed as "expected soon." The marketing stack is moving into the chat window. The question for an operator is what that agent is allowed to touch once it gets there.
What actually happened
Adobe describes CX Enterprise Coworker as an end-to-end agentic system for customer experience orchestration, built on Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A). The announcement lists what it does: campaign performance analysis, audience forecasting, customer journey optimization and conflict resolution, and project and work management.
The bigger change is the connectors. Adobe added new pre-built MCP server connectors for Amazon Ads, Demandbase, Meta campaign ads, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus, Snowflake Cortex AI and Databricks Genie. Adobe says a single request can "extract data and take actions across multiple systems." It also says more than 20,000 brands use its agentic software.
What the release does not say: pricing, plan tiers or which Adobe licenses qualify. This is an enterprise product sold through Adobe and its systems integrators. If you are not already an Adobe CX Enterprise customer, this is a signal, not a purchase.
Why it matters for your business
Read the Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker release as a map of where marketing software is going. Vendors are shipping MCP servers so the agent lives in the assistant, and their app becomes a backend. We noted the same shift when Adobe brought 80 tools into Gemini and Claude. Shopify, Meta and Amazon Ads are all heading the same direction.
"Take actions across multiple systems" is the line to stop on. One prompt that reads campaign data is low risk. One prompt that pauses a Meta ad set, edits an Amazon Ads budget and changes an email journey is a change request with no ticket. Before you connect any marketing MCP server to a team assistant:
- Split read and write. Give analysts read-only connectors. Make write access a separate, named grant.
- Set spend limits in the ad platform, not in the prompt. The agent should hit a hard cap it cannot edit.
- Log every action with who asked and what changed, so a bad budget edit takes minutes to find.
Key takeaways
- Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker is live in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini for business and Databricks Genie as of November 4
- Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake are "expected soon"
- Built on MCP and A2A, with new connectors for Amazon Ads, Meta campaign ads, Demandbase, Snowflake and more
- No pricing or eligibility in the release; it targets Adobe enterprise customers
- Split read and write access, cap spend in the ad platform, and log every agent action
Agents that touch your ad spend need guardrails you control. We build MCP integrations for small commerce teams with read/write separation, hard budget caps and an audit log. See what we build or talk to us about your marketing stack.
